Draft. Items marked [TODO: 김대표 확인] still need the founder's confirmation before this post goes live.
What we built
The signup path is small. A visitor enters an email address on ai2ax.com, the site stores the contact in a Resend audience, and a welcome email goes out in the visitor's language. We built this part with Claude Code, and the first working version took about 30 minutes. [TODO: 김대표 확인 — how the 30 minutes was measured, and whether it includes DNS verification]
Later we added a second part: a weekly research-and-draft pipeline. It is described below.
How Claude Code was used
We described the behavior we wanted in plain language and let Claude Code write the Next.js API route, wire it to Resend, and add the email templates. We read the diff, ran it, and corrected what was wrong. Claude Code wrote most of the first draft of the code; the decisions about what to build and whether it was correct stayed with us.
The weekly pipeline
Once a week, a scheduled job asks the Claude API (with web search) to research recent AI news and write a draft. The draft is saved to Notion, where a person edits it and changes its status to approved. Only approved drafts are sent to subscribers through Resend. Nothing is sent without that approval step.
What a person still does
What we have not verified
We have not measured how much time the pipeline saves compared with writing the newsletter by hand. [TODO: 김대표 확인 — measured figures, if any] We will publish numbers only when we have them.
